My passion for food began in high school, with the dream of one day owning my own restaurant. After completing a co-op placement in the chef training program at my local college, life carried on, time passed and I embraced motherhood in 2017, welcoming my beautiful blue-eyed boy.

In 2019, I returned to college to earn my degree as an Environmental Technician. As we all know in spring of 2020, along came the pandemic and with that, quarantine. With more than enough time on my hands, my love for being in the kitchen was reignited.

I get the comment ‘I love your business name!’ so often - fun fact: the name ‘One More Bite Bakery’ popped into my head during a shower - where the best ideas are always born!

Having dreams in my back pocket while navigating life has led me to this point - owning a thriving bakery - which I am forever grateful for. Thank you for joining me on the rollercoaster ride!
